Leap Year Cocktail
  • 3 oz gin
  • ¾ oz Carpano Antica Italian Vermouth
  • ¾ oz Cointreau
  • juice of ½ lemon
  1. Fill a cocktail glass and a shaker with ice. Add gin, Vermouth, Cointreau, and juice of half a lemon to the shaker and shake (or stir, depending on your preference) until well chilled.
  2. Discard ice from cocktail glass and strain into the glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
