Puntarelle alla Romana
- prepared punterelle
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped anchovies
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- salt
- Combine oil, anchovies, and vinegar.
- Simply dress the punterelle with your hands, being sure to coat all it thoroughly.
- Lightly salt to taste.
