  • prepared punterelle
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped anchovies
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • salt
Instructions
  1. Combine oil, anchovies, and vinegar.
  2. Simply dress the punterelle with your hands, being sure to coat all it thoroughly.
  3. Lightly salt to taste.
