Prosciutto Wrapped Nectarines with Spicy Oil
  1. In a sauce pan, add olive oil and dried spicy peppers. Warm slightly, just to infuse the oil with the peppers. Remove from heat and cool.
  2. Slice nectarines into sections around the pit. If nectarines aren't available you can use a different stone fruit like peaches.
  3. Lay out slices of prosciutto on a cutting board or sheet pan. Brush with spicy oil. Depending on how large your slice of prosciutto is, you may want to cut it into two.
  4. Wrap the nectarines sections in the prosciutto, garnish with hyssop flowers, and serve with toothpicks.
