Ranch Potatoes

- 2 lbs of Red potatoes cut in quarters
- 2 T Grain Mustard
- ½ Cup Caramelized onions
- 2 T Chopped Parsley
- 1 Tsp Chopped Thyme
- ½ Cup Crème Fraiche
- Salt
- Fresh Black Pepper
- Cook potatoes to al dente in salted water. Cool.
- Fry the cooked potatoes in a fryer at 350F until golden brown.
- Remove and place in large bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix and serve hot!
