Ranch Potatoes
  • 2 lbs of Red potatoes cut in quarters
  • 2 T Grain Mustard
  • ½ Cup Caramelized onions
  • 2 T Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Thyme
  • ½ Cup Crème Fraiche
  • Salt
  • Fresh Black Pepper
  1. Cook potatoes to al dente in salted water. Cool.
  2. Fry the cooked potatoes in a fryer at 350F until golden brown.
  3. Remove and place in large bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix and serve hot!
