Cranberry Shrub

- 500g white balsamic vinegar
- 100g sugar
- 20g salt
- 510g water
- 1 quart of fresh or frozen cranberries
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, then bring to a boil.
- Let sit off heat for 10 minutes.
- Bring the liquid to room temperature in an ice bath.
