Apple Cocktail
  • Scant ½ oz Demerara syrup (see note)
  • ½ oz Lemon juice
  • ¾ oz Apple Cider
  • 1oz Luxardo Abano Amaro
  • 1 oz Old Overholt Rye
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake, then strain into an old fashioned glass with a single, large ice cube.
  3. Garnish with a granny smith apple fan with shaved foie gras torchon.
Demerara syrup is equal parts water and demerara sugar.
