The Fall/Winter issue shares comforting recipes. Many of these dishes are inspired by our travels to Italy, France, Scotland, and Switzerland including Drop Scones from The Fife Arms hotel, the Ambrogino cocktail from Torino, and the perfect bowl of French Onion Soup from Burgundy. Issue 2 features guest contributors Emiko Davies, Laura Bradbury, Meredith Erickson, and Marisa Huff.

The Summer issue is full of recipes directly from renowned Italian chefs, restaurants, hotels, and winemakers. Covering everything from cocktails to pasta, recipes include Paccheri alla Scarpariello, Focaccia, Cannoli, and Pheasant Terrine. Issue 1 features guest contributors Massimo Bottura, Patrick Janelle, Linda Sarris, and Ceri Smith.
