From Stale to Stellar: A Bourbon Croissant Bread Pudding

After our latest Paris trip, we found ourselves with extra croissants and pains au chocolat. Typically on our last day in Paris, we put in a huge order via Deliveroo from our favorite bakery in Paris so we have extra pastries to bring home. This time, they sat around a little too long, but instead of wasting them, we turned them into a rich buttery bread pudding.
