Beat the heat in style with one of our favorite Italian cocktails, the Aperol Spritz. We discovered this simple, refreshing, and crowd-pleasing cocktail on the Amalfi Coast when we first visited Casa Angelina, and it’s become our go-to party drink and cocktail hour favorite. It's easy to have everything on hand for when friends drop by.

We suggest pairing the Aperol Spritz with snacks like prosciutto and melon, potato chips, nuts, or olives. Look for chips made with olive oil--they are amazing. We’ve recently started to see them pop up in stores in the United States.
