Taormina is home to one of Sicily’s most beautiful beaches, Isola Bella. This rocky beach with crystal clear water is connected via a narrow strip of land to a tiny island and is surrounded by a number of resorts and private beach clubs. We spent our day at Isola Bella at La Plage Resort’s beach club sipping on cocktails and people-watching between refreshing dips into the sea. The resort was kind enough to share this Sicilian cocktail recipe for what we think is a very unique gin cocktail.
