As we tasted our way through the impressive cocktail menu, one drink, in particular, stole the show: the Dansa. This memorable mezcal cocktail is a celebration of Valencia’s lively firecracker festivities. Topped with caramelized grapefruit and pop rocks, the Dansa offers a burst of flavor and texture that surprises and delights with every sip. The smoky mezcal, combined with tangy grapefruit and the playful crackling of pop rocks, creates a symphony of flavors and textures and is one of our favorite cocktails of all time.
