Living Rooms London offers a unique hybrid experience that combines a serviced apartment concept with boutique hotel service. We had the opportunity to stay with Living Rooms twice during our move to London, and with all the extra luggage and stress that entails, appreciated having the privacy and space of an apartment combined with the services of a hotel.

The apartments are managed by a hospitality group known for its design-forward serviced flats across London. They’re also behind The Laslett, a boutique hotel in Notting Hill, so you’re in the hands of seasoned professionals—not a random Airbnb or VBRO host.

Our first stay was in a cozy mews property just off Marylebone High Street. The brick exterior led to a warm, open-plan interior featuring a spacious kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with a full tub. On arrival, we found a thoughtfully prepared welcome basket with lots of treats from Waitrose. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk to Regent’s Park, the zoo, and all the shops and cafés along Marylebone High Street. 10/10 recommend.

The second apartment was at 65 Harley Street, where Living Rooms recently opened ten apartments in a stunning Grade II listed building. The space was grand, with a huge kitchen and open living area. One standout feature was the oversized dining table, which ended up being perfect for a movie night and late-night sushi spread. The well-equipped kitchen, including an extractor fan that rose from the island with the push of a button, made it easy to cook at home. One night we made a giant chop from The Ginger Pig, just a few steps from the flat. With plenty of nearby shops in Marylebone and delivery options just as easy, it struck a great balance between eating out and staying in.

Service across both stays was seamless. Housekeeping, 24‑hour concierge, and clear communication made each visit feel more hotel than independent rental. It’s a model that suits travelers who want more space and autonomy than a hotel room offers, without the gamble of a private Airbnb. Especially for stays of several nights, Living Rooms strikes a rare balance: home comforts and reliable service under one roof.
