The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is home to one of the best spas in London. Located on the lower level, you can take the elevator directly from your guest room floor to the spa, so there is no need to walk through public areas of the hotel in your robe. With 13 treatment rooms, a pool, Rasul water temple, and a Technogym-equipped fitness center, it’s the perfect retreat in the heart of London.
Guests can choose from Swiss anti-aging treatments from Nescens or facials from Biologique Recherche, as well as a full range of body treatments and massages. After checking in, we put on our slippers and sipped tea while waiting for our treatments. The Asian-inspired features in the spa include a calming zen relaxation area, an Amethyst Crystal steam room, and a vitality pool, all of which create a serene environment for relaxation.
Because of the specialized products and expertise, we decided to experience the bespoke facials. Our treatment providers were thorough and examined our skin before discussing the best treatment options, and performing a fully customized treatment.
The spa also offers fitness memberships. If we were London residents, we’d sign up!
