We’ve been waiting to share this one with you, and the news is finally out! Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore are opening a second restaurant at their Casa Maria Luigia property in Modena, Italy. The new restaurant, Al Gatto Verde, is focused on sustainability and wood-fired cooking. Set in the center of the courtyard of the restored vinegar cellar.
It opens 20 September 2023 and is sure to be the new hot restaurant filled with delicious food and fabulous art. We can’t wait to go ourselves! You can view the menu and make reservations here.
