Last year, we decided to break up the six-hour train ride from our house to St Moritz for Christmas with an overnight stop in Zurich. At the time, the only restaurants allowed to be open were those in hotels, and only for guests of the hotel. It was, therefore, important to choose a hotel based primarily on the restaurant and bar.
