Monopoli is one of the most picturesque towns in Puglia. Its Instagrammable white cityscape and the crowds it attracts make it a very difficult city to find good food that’s not touristy. The town is very small and picturesque and has only really become touristy in the past few years. Reminiscent of Santorini, you’ll find narrow pathways with restaurants along the water and twinkle lights above.
