What surprised us first were the frozen margaritas. Proper ones. Icy, tart, and served from a real frozen margarita machine. This is not a small detail. There is nothing worse than a “frozen” margarita that is just a regular drink blended with ice. These were done correctly, and they immediately set the tone.
