The Spring menu included an asparagus risotto with tandoori spices and a dill tagliatelle with a pistachio sauce, lobster, sea bream, and calamari. We savored the lasagnette with goat ragu and spring peas, turbot with eel sauce, and herbed ribeye cooked in leek ash. The fusion of classic Italian recipes and exotic flavors was remarkable.
