We recently headed to Paris for the current exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Cartier et les Arts de L’Islam. Aux Sources de la Modernité. This splendid collaboration between the DMA, Dallas Museum of Art, and Maison Cartier illustrates the influence of Islamic art on Cartier designs from the 20th century to the present.
