Laura Lazzaroni
Journalist, author and baker, Laura Lazzaroni has worked at L'Uomo Vogue as Features Director between 2008-2017, and in New York between 2003-2008 as Correspondent for D-La Repubblica delle Donne, and overseeing the relaunch of the U.S. edition of La Cucina Italiana. In 2015 she was named "Journalist of the Year" by Identità Golose. She has published 2 books: "10 Lezioni di Cucina" (Giunti, 2015), co-written with 3 Michelin-star chef Niko Romito, and "Altri grani, altri pani", a book on bread & old varieties of wheat (Guido Tommasi Editore, 2017). She is about to publish a third book about the new Italian cuisine, for Rizzoli International. She currently works as a bread consultant for restaurants and bakeries, and is the editor-in-chief of the Italian edition of Food & Wine magazine. She lives in Milan.
