Five Fall Soups

When it's chilly out, soup is the perfect way to warm up! These are some of our favorite soups. Making a big pot gives you leftovers and allows you to skip the work. We also love to freeze soup so that it's simple to pull out when you need a quick dinner on a cold night. We love using this Staub cocotte to make soup. It keeps it warm and you can take it from stove to table. We also recommend using a Vitamix or immersion blender to get your soups silky smooth.
