When we arrived in Reims, our first stop wasn’t a Champagne house but a burger joint. Sacré Burger had been on our radar for some time—raved about in every guide and blog as a top Reims restaurant. It seemed like the place to kick off our trip, especially arriving toward the end of lunch time after unexpected traffic. We’d barely checked into our hotel before heading over, ready for what we thought would be some of the best burgers and fries in Champagne.
