Where Italian Winemakers Eat in Genova

by TheTasteEdit
The Taste Edit recommends eating at Forchetta Curiosa restaurant in Genova Italy serving local seafood, traditional food, and natural wines. This is one of our favorite dishes made with mussels and couscous

After a day at the sea in Camogli, we returned late to Genova, and Ceri took us to a special restaurant where all the Italian winemakers go when they’re in town. It’s always a good sign to eat where industry leaders are eating and that’s exactly where we want to be. This osteria has a unique natural wine list made up of very smaller producers, including Andi Fausto and Fabio Gea. Choose your wine from the menu or off the wall.
