If you love natural wine and really good Indian food, you need to go to Bibi Ji in Santa Barbara. The restaurant feels a bit like a nightclub, dark and loud, but fun. They also have some outdoor seating in the back and front patios. We sat at the bar and enjoyed every minute of it. The natural wine is selected by co-owner Rajat Parr. Not only can you drink amazing wines but you can also buy natural wines to take home.
You really can’t go wrong with what you order at Bibi Ji. However, if you like uni, you need to order Uni Biryani. Availability depends on whether they had a delivery from Sea Stephanie Fish and if they’ve already sold out. But if you get a chance try this sea urchin shell stuffed with biryani and topped with uni.
