Limon RotisserieĀ has been recommended to us numerous times (even by friends who are Peruvian), so we finally decided to stopĀ in for lunch to their Mission location. Limon serves some of the best Peruvian cuisine in San Francisco. They offer a variety of cocktails (try theirĀ Margarita or Pisco Sour – both were great), ceviches, and of course their famous rotisserie chickens that are slow roasted over an open flame. Choose from a quarter, half, or whole chicken, served with aji sauce. You alsoĀ get toĀ choose twoĀ sides. We especially liked the Tacu Tacu (sautĆ©ed rice and refried beans). They also serve a variety of other Peruvian classics, as well as signature dishesĀ like truffle mac and cheese. There’s something for everyone!
Limon RotisserieĀ has severalĀ locations around the San Francisco area. They recently opened a new location in Walnut Creek and they are planning to open a location in the SFO airport soon!
