We had dinner several evenings in the small Puglian port town of Savelletri, and this tiny husband-and-wife-owned restaurant was our favorite restaurant in town.
MOMO offers a very small menu based on what’s available that day and the cuisine is based on fish and fresh vegetables. We started with a dish of shrimp and sautéed greens, followed by pasta with fish and artichokes, then finished with a baked whole fish.
The food is excellent and the owners are incredibly nice. We love supporting family-owned restaurants like MOMO and highly suggest a stop here when you are in Puglia.
