Margaritas are the ultimate summer cocktail. Perfect for poolside lounging or a full-on fiesta, there’s just something so refreshing about the combination of tequila and lime. To keep the flavors bright, we usually use a crisp blanco tequila.
Hog Island Oyster Co. Bar Manager Saul Ranella has added an amazing local twist with the addition of St. George Spirits Green Chile Vodka. You have to try this Marshall Margarita! Stop in for one at the San Francisco location or make them at home! If you haven’t been yet, you should also check out the Oyster Farm or Tony’s in Marshall.
