We were huge fans of Bistroch, a restaurant run by Domaine Prioré Roch in Nuits Saint George. Unfortunately, the last few times we were in town they were closed. However, they recently opened a new restaurant with the same chef and similar dishes, but now a more refined restaurant that's been reimagined and polished.
