Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa, one of Milan’s most luxurious hotels, is not only known for its exquisite design and world-class accommodations, but it also has an exceptional gastronomic restaurant. This high-end dining destination is truly a gem for those seeking an unforgettable culinary experience, with a menu crafted by a talented chef who takes pride in preparing some of his most stunning dishes for guests.
On our recent visit, the chef prepared a menu featuring some of his most stunning creations. Each dish was an exquisite combination of taste, texture, and presentation, reflecting the restaurant’s commitment to excellence.
Our meal began with a delightful lobster carpaccio accompanied by crisp and refreshing seasonal puntarella. This light and delicate appetizer set the tone for the rest of the meal, leaving us eager to explore the rest of the menu.
Next up was the Milanese risotto with bone marrow. The creamy, rich texture of the risotto was perfectly balanced by the unctuous and savory bone marrow, creating an unforgettable flavor experience. This dish was a testament to the chef’s ability to transform a simple Italian staple into a culinary masterpiece.
As we moved on to the main courses, we were treated to two exceptional and very different dishes: sepia and roasted pigeon. The sepia was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, accompanied by a local green that had a striking resemblance to seaweed. This intriguing side not only added visual appeal but also provided a delightful contrast in taste and texture.
The roasted pigeon, a dish not commonly found on many Italian restaurant menus, was a pleasant surprise topped with shaved truffles. It was cooked to perfection.
To round off the exquisite main courses, the sommelier presented us with a rosé grower Champagne. The Champagne paired with both the sepia and pigeon dishes, a feat that showcased the sommelier’s exceptional skill in pairing wines with diverse flavors.
Our visit to Palazzo Parigi’s gastronomic restaurant provided a delightful dining experience, featuring good food with well-executed flavor combinations. The chef’s expertise in crafting well-balanced and appetizing dishes shone through, leaving a lasting impression. The attentive service, coupled with the elegant atmosphere, made it truly enjoyable.
