Two of our favorite Chicago chefs from The Publican are taking over the kitchen at The Progress on October 18. Chefs and friends Paul Kahan and Cosmo Goss will be serving an amazing prix fixe dinner ($80), along with specially crafted local beer list (a la carte). You can also pick up a signed copy of their brand new cookbook, Cheers to the Publican.
