Are you looking for a new experience in Napa Valley between now and Christmas? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you! We were excited to be hosted by Acacia House to experience their first annual Feast of the Seven Cultures dinner series at the dinner with Paul Kahan. A few of our favorite things from the dinner were the obatzta with root vegetables (so gorgeous!), smoked eel with bay scallops and buttermilk-gerkin dressing, and mt. lassen trout with persimmons and hazelnuts. Paul even brought his knackwurst from PQM in Chicago. If you don’t already have his cookbook, we highly recommend ordering a copy here.
