We went on a field trip with Dave from La Marzocco Home to Four Barrel Coffee last weekend. La Marzocco Home recently started an espresso subscription that brings a different espresso to your door each month, along with information on how to brew the espresso. We signed up for it when we got our Linea Mini, so we decided to head over to Four Barrel to learn more about the espresso and work on our barista skills.

This month’s espresso was Ethiopia Bulga, a special single origin from Four Barrel, along with a blend that uses the Ethiopia Bulga.
