If you’re in Paris and craving the rich flavors of Indian cuisine, you might want to try this restaurant. One particular place stood out to us for the authentic touch in every dish. It grabbed attention with its tandoori ovens, used skillfully to grill meats, infusing them with distinct flavors and topped with lots of fresh herbs.
Unlike other places that drown dishes in sauces, here you’ll find a limited but carefully curated selection. This ensures that every bite is cooked to perfection and bursts with amazing flavors that leave you craving more.

However, not everything at Chef Manoj Sharma’s Jugaad was to our liking. Our food experience was indeed rich and flavorful, but the service left a lot to be desired. From disinterested staff to confusion over orders, we felt neglected. To make matters worse, some dishes were missing when our food arrived.
What really got us was how the bill was just handed over before we finished our dessert. This is usually not the standard in Paris. This didn’t match the food we were served. And even though the menu boasted an extensive selection of gins, none were available during lunchtime due to bar service issues.

This Indian restaurant is perfect for anyone seeking an authentic Indian meal in Paris, with flavors that are nothing short of incredible. Just be warned, the overall dining experience may not live up to the quality of the food. Go for the food, non the service. The potential for greatness is there in the cuisine, but the lackluster service might make you think twice about returning any time soon.
