We typically visit the CUESA Ferry Plaza market on Saturdays, but decided to check out the Mission Bay farmers’ market at UCSF with our friend this week. It’s a great community spot for people living and working in the Mission Bay area. The market is small, but it has several organic vendors offering fruits and veggies. Other products available include nuts, smoked salmon, fresh juice, popcorn, and vegan baked goods. We liked that the smaller sized market gives you the opportunity to connect with vendors and neighbors. The market is held on Wednesdays from 10am-2pm at 4th St. and Gene Friend Way. What farmers’ markets do you like to frequent?
