If you’re looking for a refreshing non-alcoholic drink, try this pomegranate-mint syrup in your next mocktail. Add it to seltzer for a refreshing long drink, or experiment with Seedlip, our favorite non-alcoholic spirit, and fresh citrus juices. Regarding this syrup recipe, Michael Solomonov inย Israeli Soul writes:ย
You donโt need a pushcart or aย kiosk to make homemade sodasย that are tastier than their bottledย counterparts. The basic formulaย is simple: a syrup made of fruitย juice, sugar, and citrus, embellishedย with herbs, spices, and otherย aromatics, and crowned with Jewishย Champagne. Here [is a] blended fruit syrup we serve atย our restaurants. Lโchaim!
For each drink, fill a glass withย ice. Pour in 2 ounces of syrup and topย off with seltzer. Stir well and add aย jaunty slice of citrus or cucumber, orย a sprig of herbs. All fruit syrups willย keep, refrigerated, for up to 1 month.
