This is a super-simple summer salsa, and if you like mango, it’s perfect for you! If you prefer peaches, try our peach salsa version here. We made this on a hot day to take to a pool party and the combination of sweet, salty and spicy is addictive. Get our instructions for how to dice an onion here and you’ll be making salsa like a pro in no time.
Tip: We used half of a habanero, de-seeded. If you like hot salsa, you can add some of the seeds and membranes from the pepper. Either way, we keep a box of blue disposable gloves on hand for cutting hot peppers so you can toss them and not worry about getting pepper on your hands.
