We recently visited Eleven Madison Park on a rainy fall day in New York City. We arrived early for our reservation, so we decided to start off with seasonal cocktails. The cranberry cocktail is the perfect bubbly cocktail to serve at Thanksgiving or during a holiday cocktail party. We'll be sharing more about our experience at Eleven Madison Park soon, but we couldn't wait to share this recipe!

When you build the cocktail, start by swirling the cucumber slice around the inside edge of a highball glass, and then fill it with ice to hold the cucumber against the glass. Pour the cocktail over the ice, and you’ll have an absolutely stunning presentation!
