As we mentioned in this post, we started our experience at Eleven Madison Park with seasonal fall cocktails. This apple cocktail with rye, amaro, and foie gras was incredibly delicious. The bartenders at Eleven Madison Park carefully craft each cocktail to order, starting with branding their ice with the Eleven Madison Park logo. It’s an extra special touch.

You probably don’t have dried foie gras torchon sitting around, but you can still make this cocktail without it. This apple cocktail is perfect for fall, and still delicious on it’s own (in fact, the foie gras is grated over the apple garnish, and very little makes its way into the actual drink). It’s so good, it makes makes us wish we lived in New York and could just drop in after work to the bar for one of these amazing cocktails! If you’re looking for a lighter cocktail, try their Cranberry shrub cocktail with St. Germain (pictured above left).
