3 Ways to use Your Electric Pressure Cooker

If you’re looking for a Christmas gift for the kitchen this year, you should get an electric pressure cooker. It’s a staple in our house and we use it for all kinds of things–cooking beans, rice, short ribs, and even quinoa. Our friends gave us ours as a gift and we love it. We use it all the time! It saves a lot of time in the kitchen and doubles as a slow cooker. If you already have a traditional pressure cooker, the electric one is super easy to use and a little less scary that the stovetop kind. This is our favorite one. Our friends  have this one and love it. If you’re still on the fence, here are three ways we use the electric pressure cooker often!
