Il Carpaccio is the stunning Michelin-starred Italian restaurant located in the Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe. This luxurious restaurant opened its doors just six months before its star was awarded, making it one of the quickest to be honored with a coveted star. The menu was created in partnership with Da Vittorio, a 3-star restaurant near Bergamo, Italy allowing them to combine both Italian authenticity and Parisian elegance in one magical place.
In addition to its delectable dishes, Il Carpaccio also boasts an excellent wine pairing program that offers small-production wines as well as some rare options such as old vintages of Vietti and other renowned Italian labels. Guests will also find some unique choices such as natural wines or biodynamic wines crafted from organic grapes. Being in the heart of Paris, there are plenty of wine options to please even the strictest Francophile.
To finish off the perfect dining experience, Il Carpaccio offers a table-side tiramisu dessert that no one should miss out on.
While visiting this unique restaurant don’t forget to take note of the breathtaking décor – rich mahogany furnishings combined with pearlescent shells covering the walls. Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris’s decor is in general exquisite and we’d recommend arriving early to grab a drink in their sleek bar before dinner.
A meal at Il Carpaccio is truly something special – each dish is skilfully prepared by talented chefs Oliver Piras and Alessandra del Favero using time-honored recipes from Northern Italy. If you are looking for an Italian fine dining experience in Paris, Il Carpaccio will not disappoint.
