Last week we went on a trip to Tomales Farmstead Creamery’s Farm House with our friends Thomas and Julia. We had a great time cooking dinner, and stayed up late chatting over wine and roasted marshmallows.
In the morning, we woke up and brewed a pot of Sightglass Banner Dark coffee in our Ratio Eight (c/o). We quickly had delicious pour-over coffee with just the touch of a button. Not only did it brew amazing coffee, but we love the beautiful design. Everyone had a cup of coffee in their hands the minute they walked into the kitchen.
Once everyone had a cup of coffee in hand, we went out to gather some eggs for breakfast. We had so much fun exploring the farm, collecting eggs, and seeing the goats get herded in for milking. Some of the goats seemed to have personalities like dogs, and a few of them got extra friendly and used Clayton and Julia as scratching posts.
With our eggs in hand (and lots of photos), we went back to the kitchen and sat down to breakfast. We had a selection of fresh berries, coffee, these scones we had made the day before, and Tomales Farmstead Creamery‘s fresh cream cheese (c/o) with toast.
They had a variety of plates and mugs at the Farm House. Check out these bowls that we found that reminded us of the ones they had here, here, and here. We also loved using the tall mugs for coffee. We found similar ones here.
